First Posting

I’ve been wanting to create a blog for quite some time.  I started one about a year ago to record the experience of my mother’s transplant.  The struggles, hopes, dreams, and fears of being her daughter and then remembering her after her death.
I miss her more than words can say but I know she would want me to start pursuing my dreams. 
After much thought, I’ve decided to create a combination blog with both my thoughts and my photography.  So, for better or worse, here it goes….

I happen to love Queen Anne’s Lace and spend quite a few frames trying to capture their wild ethereal beauty.  This one makes me think of a dream.  I’m hoping to capture more this coming weekend.
